Willing to Change is the Key to different possibilities!

In the next decade, leaders must entrain themselves to be more strategic coupled with a greater sense of personal awareness,  and foster and function from an abundance and possibility view of the world.

Just imagine what your business and your life would be like if you stopped functioning on autopilot and began to generate your business with strategic awareness and prosperity consciousness. This is truly possible—except you have to be willing to change.

It takes the willingness to be aware of everything, which allows you to perceive different possibilities. It also requires you to expand your awareness and develop clarity of vision to see beyond this contextual reality.

If you have the awareness to know what is happening and where you are going, you will be able to generate something different.

You've got to be willing to be everything

Do you want to live like other people or do you wish to lead a life without limitation? If you desire to lead a life without limitation, you have to make a commitment to living a life without limitation!

"If it falls your lot to be a street sweeper, go out and sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures. Sweep streets like Handel and Beethoven composed music. Sweep streets like Shakespeare wrote poetry. Sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say, here lived a great street sweeper who swept his job well." -- Martin Luther King, Jr.

If you were living your life, what would it be?

Knowing what you would like to create as your life can be a very powerful, dynamic stimulus. By having a clear awareness and priority you can start to generate what would be joyful to have as your life.

Have you ever asked yourself what you would like to have as your life? Ask the question “If I were living my life, what would it be?” By being the question, you will gain more clarity and awareness about what you can do and be that will create a different reality.

It all depends on your point of view

Everyone sees things from their own point of view. We tend to come to conclusion about what something is, and then we create our reality based on that point of view. 90% of the time, we try to categorize things according to what we already know.

The Cannon Lap experiment affirms that our own Point of View creates our reality. This experiment illustrated that a photograph is shaped more by the point of view of the person behind the camera than by what's in front of it.

Canon Lab invited six photographers to a portrait session with a twist. ‘Decoy’ is one of six experiments from The Lab, designed to shift creative thinking behind the lens. The video, called "The Decoy," runs about three-minutes and is a very eye-opening experience in that it makes us stop and rethink how our points of view create our reality.

Create your life as a present-time adventure!

Making things happen doesn’t take hard work. All it takes is choice, trust, and the ability to live on the creative edge. One way of starting to live on the creative edge is to begin to create your life as a present-time adventure instead of a future possibility. How you be in the world is what creates your reality.

When you open up to genuine wonder, then you step out of the zone of the known and into the infinite creative possibilities of the unknown.

Be the catalyst for a different possibility

We can be the catalyst for a different possibility if we are willing to be that. It's a choice we can make. The energy we create with the contribution we are being in our daily life ricochets out in the entire world and it changes the people and everything around us. Every time you are choosing to ‘be the catalyst for change’ you create a wave of possibility.

Be kind, be in allowance and destroy any investment in the outcome or any attachment to a result.

Love what you do - Don't settle

Your work fills a large part of your life. The only way to be truly satisfied in life is to do what you believe is great work. The only way to do great work is to love what you do.

Have you ever known anyone who generated a fortune doing what they disliked, who truly enjoyed the experience? Have you ever seen exceptionally successful athletes, actors, or artists who hate what they do? There you have it—one of the secrets to becoming successful, rich, and famous.

Virtually all successful artists, celebrities, and athletes who have embodied their greatness have the absolute confidence and trust that come what may, they will one day reach the pinnacle of their professions. These people are able to perceive, know, be, and receive what they really enjoy in life. They know what they love to do. They are aware of who they are, what they are in love with, and what they wish to accomplish. This is what gives them their extraordinary positions in the world.

Break the Rules, Stand Out

Are you content to obey the rules and be in agreement with everyone else's point of view about how to create a successful business?

If you are, you are not alone. Most people have a powerful desire to fit in and a strong need to remain in good standing with the group—and they believe that they can maintain their good standing by conforming. Our entire upbringing has been about how to be in context with this reality.

Being in agreement with everyone else's point of view is the same as doing business-as-usual, following the norm, basing your decisions on past success or a fixed reference point, aligning yourself with conventional business models—all in an endeavor to achieve winning outcomes.

Unfortunately, when you seek to be in agreement with everyone else you will become the most average, the most nondescript and the most inoffensive. This doesn't lead to growth.
