It's not a matter of chance
The most important thing we have learnt since we chose to fully embrace a benevolent way of being and living, is this: once we are able to embody and be the potency for being a catalyst for change, we can never go back.
We all have a catalytic capacity. Literally, by the questions we ask, the things we do and say, we can transform and change people and everything around us.
Gary Douglas has described a catalyst as a substance that when added to another substance accelerates a change in it without changing itself. When we are a catalyst for change, the energy, and awareness we bring to a situation allows change to occur. The willingness to be present and aware, to be in allowance, is a potency that can change anything.
A benevolent way of being and living doesn’t have a one size fits all recipe. There is no magic formula that will instantly make you a benevolent being. Of course, by making a conscious choice to shift from 'me - me - me' and using and abusing, to living life by looking at different futures that can be created, you will certainly begin living a benevolent lifestyle.
Most important, if you’re choosing to live a benevolent life to get a specific result or for any other reason than the fact that it’s fun for you and it gives you a sense of joy to do it, then you’re probably not going to be a contribution for a different possibility. Why?
Because, the thing is you’ve got to have a sense of the fun and the joy of what you do, or you simply won't want to do it. It takes choice, commitment and dedication to live a benevolent life, to create a different possibility and create something beyond normal by other people's standards. Joy and a sense of fun invites different possibilities to the party. From our personal encounters, the more we have a sense of the fun and the joy of what we do, the more possibility shows up in our life, all the time.
A benevolent life is the art of living, from a constant position of possibility. We can create a sustainable future for our planet if we are willing to see different possibilities that we can create in the world. Ask yourself “What can I be today that will create the space of creation on our planet?” We can be the choice for a different possibility for this world.
